What is the process?
VIP Application Form
Fill in the application form and make the first instalment. Once the deposit comes through we will ask you to sing a contract.
Discovery Call
Once you’re booked, we’ll gather some information from you one and organize a disovery call where we can both get excited about smashing your goals!
Pre-VIP Day
After the disovery call you will be crystal clear on your next steps, you may have some homework to do and content to gather before we kick off.
The VIP Day
On the VIP day, we’ll collaborate to create your deliverables establised during our disovery call. We may check in with you a few times during the day to get your approval on our designs.
Post VIP Day Support
Once the VIP day is over, second instalment has been paid and final files released we are still there to support you. We are only one email away should you have any questions or require extra support!

FAQ
What's the investment?
The current investment for a VIP day is $1,300. A 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your VIP date. The final payment is due the day after your VIP Design Day, before the final files are released.
What if I need more time after the day?
We do our best to go through your priority list during the VIP day. We also provide 2 extra hours for small edits post VIP day.
If more time is required, we offer a discounted rate for an additional VIP day.
Do I need to be available for the VIP day?
Yes! Please make sure that you have some free time to approve our design drafts. We can schedule check-in times prior to the VIP day to meet your schedule. The faster the feedback is, the more we can get done!
